HTA is the largest employer of apprentice cooks and bakers in Queensland with over 500 employees working for more than 250 quality establishments ranging from catering facilities, taverns, clubs, hotels and cafes, to five star establishments.

• Soon after your new HTA Apprentice/Trainee has started, we will make our first monitoring visit to see how your new employee is going and review their performance
